What we do
We are not a bottle company, and we are not a trophy company. We make the part of your product that has to be beautiful — a closure, an emblem, a grille, a case, a component nobody has yet made worth holding — and we return it finished to a standard that reads as luxury the moment it is picked up. Some clients send us a part they already produce and we finish it. Others bring a drawing. Others bring nothing but an idea, and we design the piece, manufacture it and finish it from scratch. That is why the work looks so different from one project to the next: the same hands make a tequila closure, a cognac decanter and a water bottle that holds a Guinness World Record.
How the work is made
Every piece is finished by hand. There is no line and no batch that comes out identical by machine; the consistency comes from the people doing it and from the number of years they have been doing it. Prototypes are made and reviewed before anything is committed, because a finish is difficult to argue about in words and simple to judge in the hand.
One piece or eighty thousand
There is no minimum order — we will make one. And we have produced up to 80,000 bottle caps a year for Tequila Patrón. Between those two numbers, quantity changes more than the price per unit: once the workshop has made a particular shape a few hundred times, it finds faster ways to make it, and that finds its way back to you. A very simple piece takes about a week. A complex one takes about a month.
